Nothing better than pulling out the floral stamps when there is still snow on the ground, I like to believe doing so will make them spring from the ground sooner, lol.
I have to confess, this was actually my fourth attempt at this wreath. It kept getting ‘muddied’ up and the different layers lost until I started with lighter colors first then worked darker. I also used less of the leaves that had a more solid surface, so the center could build up naturally.
I used thinlit alpha from Treat Bag 663096, Tattered Flower Garland 667824, Tattered Banner 657179
I used flowers/greenery from these three sets ~ Winter Watercolor CS354, Flower Jar CMS297, Into the Woods CMS385
I love how the mat paper looks using the lilac ( I think that is what it is) branch image, these flowers are so dainty.
